1. We accept only guaranteed bookings to avoid unrequired cancellations at last minute.
2. Reservations done 31 days or more prior to the arrival date would follow below cancellation terms & conditions:
a) 100% paid amount would be refunded, if booking is cancelled 50 days or more prior to the arrival date.
b) 50% of the paid amount would be refunded, if booking is cancelled within the period from 30-49 days from date of arrival date and remaining 50% would be forfeited.
c) 25% of the paid amount would be refunded, if booking is cancelled within the period from 16 – 29 days prior to the arrival date and remaining 75% would be forfeited.
d) NO Amount would be refunded, if booking is cancelled 15 days or less prior to the arrival date and 100% paid amount would be forfeited.
3. Reservations done within the period of 15 days prior to the arrival date would attract 100% cancellation fees and NO payment would be refunded, hence complete paid amount would be forfeited.
4.Policy during Lockdown: It’s a new addition to our standard policies, which no one ever thought of, well! learning is always an experience to grow and hence considering this as an exception to our standard policy; We would be giving you a credit value equals to the of 100% paid amount to use within 90 days from the date of Unlock is announced officially- under either of the below term & conditions only:
a) This policy would be applicable only in the case when Government of India officially announce a lockdown in the country during the time period of your reservation dates and it would be accepted only with the proof of valid publication copy.
b) This policy would be applicable only in the case when Government of Goa officially announce a Lockdown in the state during the time period of your reservation dates and it would be accepted only with the proof of valid publication copy.
c) This policy would be applicable only in the case when Government of state you are travelling from officially announce a Lockdown in the state during the time period of your reservation dates and it would be accepted only with the proof of valid publication copy is available, also it is important to note that it would be only when state public is not allowed to move/ travel out of the state, hence we humbly request you to please share your state / city, you will be travelling from while making your reservation to avoid any point of discussion at last minute.
5. Medical/ unforeseen circumstances: Our standard Cancellation policies would be applicable and no special consideration would be honoured to this reason.
6. Last minute cancellation of your booked Mode of transport: Our standard Cancellation policies would be applicable and no special consideration would be honoured to this reason.
7. Amendment of the reservation dates: Amendment would be accepted only 30 days or more prior to the arrival date and it would be subject to availability.
8. NO changes would be allowed in the dates within 30 days prior to the arrival date and same standard cancellation policy would be applicable
